Introduction
The new energy vehicle parallel-shaft gearbox independently developed in-house by NGC features two different structures: double-stage and single-stage transmission. The gearbox can be internally integrated with a differential mechanism and matched with an electronic parking mechanism and a drum brake. It features a compact structure, a high transmission efficiency and excellent NVH performance.
Performance Features
1. The order analysis and modal analysis technology ensure optimized gear and gearbox structure, offering low transmission errors and an excellent NVH performance;
2. By means of flow field simulation and thermal field simulation, and based on experimental verification, the gearbox lubricating system has also been optimized, bringing high transmission efficiency and reliability of the gearbox;
3. Based on finite element analysis, a lightweight design is adopted, ensuring a compact structure and a high power density of the gearbox.
