On September 27th, NGC Group and Lu'an Chemical Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at a conference to discuss their future work together. The signing ceremony was attended by Wang Zhiqing, Party Secretary and Chairman of Lu'an Chemical Group, along with Huang Yong, Deputy General Manager, Han Yuming, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, Mao Yonghong, Chief Economist; and Hu Yueming, Executive Director of China High Speed Transmission and Chief Advisor of NGC Group, among others.
Wang Zhiqing stated:
