The MGDS-S series permanent magnet gear drive system for scraper conveyors is a brand-new mechatronic product developed by NGC specifically for the harsh operating conditions found in coal mines. It combines functions such as frequency converters, permanent magnet motors, gear transmissions, and detachable chain tensioners. The drive system features technologies such as torque ripple optimization, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) control, efficiency enhancement, and topological optimization.
