On April 22, 2026, the 24th Taiyuan International Coal (Energy) Industry Technology and Equipment Exhibition opened at the Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center in Taiyuan. The integrated gearbox solution for drilling-anchoring machines on display at the exhibition was developed using NGC's advanced industrial gearbox technology platform. It was specifically designed to address the challenges posed by the harsh operating environments, complex working conditions, limited internal space, and high reliability requirements of drilling-anchoring machines and roadheaders. The solution comprises coordinated components, including the loading pan gearbox, traveling gearbox, conveyor gearbox, and cutting gearbox. Together, these form a complete core power transmission system for drilling-anchoring machines and roadheaders, ensuring efficient and stable operation, even under complex working conditions.

MGDS-S Series Permanent Magnet Drive System for Scraper Conveyors
The MGDS-S series permanent magnet gear drive system for scraper conveyors is a brand-new mechatronic product developed by NGC specifically for the harsh operating conditions found in coal mines. It combines functions such as frequency converters, permanent magnet motors, gear transmissions, and detachable chain tensioners. The drive system features technologies such as torque ripple optimization, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) control, efficiency enhancement, and topological optimization. These technologies fully leverage the advantages of high efficiency in permanent magnet motors, high torque density ratio in gear transmissions, and intelligent control in frequency conversion systems. The system is characterized by high efficiency, high reliability, and a high torque density ratio, fully meeting the operational requirements of scraper conveyors.
