Introduction:

NGC gearbox drives for high-speed trains have been developed in-house through a detailed process of vehicle motion simulations in different operating conditions. A variety of analytical techniques were applied, to ensure that the gearbox performance meets all operating requirements for high-speed railway, including finite element analysis, thermo mechanical analysis, modal analysis, and labyrinth seal analysis.

Technical characteristics:

(1). Optimized structural design for high power density, variable load and high-frequency vibrations ensures the gearbox rating;

(2). High-strength aluminum alloy housing;

(3). Maintenance interval >2.4 million kilometers;

(4). Suitable for extreme environments from -40℃ to +40℃.
